The Director, HR, Diversity, and Talent is a strategic partner, actively working with all levels and all functions of business. This role offers HR expertise and guidance in the areas of employee relations, policy development and interpretation, compliance, performance management, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
The role is also accountable for Diversity and Inclusion and Talent, including strategy, outreach, and execution of programs such as talent management reviews, talent pipelining, and anticipating industry trends and incorporating best practices in our company’s inclusion initiatives.
